Building 100 Innovation Center is Greater Philadelphia’s energizing new hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, ingenuity and business growth.
A partnership among Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania (BFTP/SEP), Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC) and Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC), the Building 100 Innovation Center builds on the Navy Yard’s historic and revitalized strengths in physical and engineering sciences, creating new momentum to propel innovation through the region’s leadership in energy, nanotechnology, communications and advanced manufacturing. Suite 100: DVIRC is an economic development organization focusing exclusively on the region’s manufacturing community. Since 1988 DVIRC has helped manufacturers grow business value through consulting services, talent development and corporate finance/ growth capital. We believe growing business value helps improve the standard of living for those who live and/or work in the region. It is our vision to see the region become an internationally recognized leader in manufacturing excellence, competitiveness and productivity. The DVIRC is part of Pennsylvania’s Industrial Resource Center Network, and the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s (NIST) Manufacturing Extension Partnership.
Suite 110: Penn State is a multi-campus public research university that improves the lives of the people of Pennsylvania, the nation, and the world through integrated, high-quality programs in teaching, research, and service. Building 100 is home to Penn State’s Distributed Power Management at The Navy Yard program, its U.S. Department of Energy-funded Mid-Atlantic Clean Energy Application Center, Mid-Atlantic Solar Resource and Training Center, and Smart Grid Training and Application Resource (GridSTAR) Center, and its MS graduate program in systems engineering.
Suite 120: Nuvon, Inc is a device data mastery system that synchronizes and seamlessly automates patient data collection from medical devices throughout healthcare organizations.
Suite 200: Emerald Stage2 Ventures is an early stage venture fund focused on capital efficient information technology companies primarily in the Technology-Enabled Services area.
Suite 200: The MAG fund was created to bridge the gap between angel funding and institutional venture capital funding serving the Greater Philadelphia Region.
Suite 200: Minority Angel Investor Network is a network of accredited investors with an interest and commitment to invest in high growth, minority owned or minority led companies.

Suite 300: Enhanced Agricultural and Renewable Technology Holdings Corporation (E.A.R.T.H.) has developed a unique proprietary technology and related systems to process and refine biomass into solid bio-fuel using supercompaction.
Suite 320: Drexel University, founded in 1891, offers comprehensive, integrated academics enhanced by cooperative education, technology and research opportunities.
Suite 330: Epsilon Systems, a San Diego-based, international, veteran-owned professional and technical services company. Founded in 1998, Epsilon Systems has been providing products and services to customers such as Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of the Interior, and Department of Homeland Security.
Suite 340: BAE Systems is a global defense, security and aerospace company. The Company delivers a full range of products and services for air, land and naval forces, as well as advanced electronics, security, information technology solutions and customer support services.
Suite 350: Litts Quality Technologies specializes in supporting manufacturing and service clients in quality management, systems, auditing, engineering, training and metrology.
