Art Director/Manager, Marketing & Creative Services

Candidate must have a strong graphic design background, and have the ability to work on a team to manage and execute integrated brand marketing and proactive communication programs in public and media relations, special events, web, and direct mail. Candidate must be a self-starter, detail oriented, organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.


Impact Analyst

Ben Franklin’s Strategic Initiatives Group leads exploration and development of new initiatives, and manages engagement with varied stakeholders. This new hire will be organizational lead for social impact analysis and reporting to key stakeholders. The Impact Analyst will also serve as an internal resource in the development and funding of new initiatives. The Impact Analyst will support communication with funders, investors, Ben Franklin alumni and other constituents.

This team member will draw on a full toolkit of analytical and communication skills to translate complex information into polished, effective and engaging content for varied purposes.


Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager

Ben is dependent on quality data for management of its investments, analysis of its impact and efficiently operating a results-oriented organization. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager is responsible for coordinating the configuration, development, use, and management of Ben Franklin’s process automation and data systems, which are used to support our investment and other business activities. Generally, SaaS, these systems include various automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce, Pardot, ActionGrid and other ancillary tools.

This is not a software development position, but rather managerial and hands-on, with such duties as supporting data systems users, setting development priorities, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Duties also entail managing processes across multiple departments, as well as coordinating high-level systems development and data management activities (e.g., adding, modifying, deleting, and loading records into systems) and coordinates such work with teams from across the organization.
