Analytical Graphics, Inc. (AGI) and the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) once again teamed up to track Santa’s Christmas Eve trek this holiday season.

From now until December 24th at http://www.noradsanta.org, Santa’s workshop and NORAD’s North Pole outpost are open to families with daily countdown calendar games, videos and even more holiday activities.

Beginning December 24 at 2 a.m. EST, visitors to the popular NORAD Tracks Santa® site can use 2D and 3D “Santa Tracker” maps created by AGI to watch Santa as he makes his annual journey around the world. Clicking on video icons will play videos of locations where Santa was spotted by the trackers, and clicking on other icons provides information about the location selected.

Tracking opportunities will be offered on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Google+. Santa followers just need to type “noradsanta” into each search engine to get started. Users can also download the mobile app for their Android, iphone and Windows phones.

If you like to get your Santa status firsthand, you can talk to a live operator in the NORAD Tracks Santa Operations Center to inquire about Santa’s whereabouts beginning December 24 at 6 a.m. EST by dialing 1-877-HI-NORAD (1-877-446-6723) or by sending an email to noradtrackssanta(at)outlook.com.
