Audrey Greenberg is an award-winning executive with a strong track record of starting and scaling companies through capital attraction, strategic relationships, differentiated value proposition, top-tier management teams and commercial excellence. She has successfully launched several startups that now boast multi-billion-dollar valuations. With two decades of executive leadership expertise spanning roles including Founder, CEO, CFO, CSO, CMO, and CBO, she is a renowned executive and expert in investing, startups, real estate, pharma services, cell and gene therapy, and building innovation hubs.
Audrey is currently Founder and CEO of AG Capital Advisors, a strategic consulting firm dedicated to partnering with private equity, venture capital and corporate investors in strategic asset selection, operational transformation, and commercial excellence.
Audrey serves on the Board of Directors of NYMT, NLSP, ZSX, ARM, BFTP, Chamber of Commerce, and KoP BID and as an Advisory Board member for Penn Medicine Abramson Cancer Center, Phacilitate, ISPE, PACT, and Philly Builds Bio. Her extensive community involvement includes active participation in Women in Bio, the Forum of Executive Women, the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, CEO Access Network, Women in Advanced Therapies, and Team Pennsylvania.
Before launching AG Capital Advisors, Audrey was Global Head of SK pharmteco and Founder and Chief Business Officer at Center for Breakthrough Medicines. At CBM, Audrey was responsible for corporate strategy, business development, team attraction/retention, joint ventures, capital structure and M&A. After raising $500 million at increasing valuations, CBM was sold to SK pharmteco, a subsidiary of SK, the second-largest Korean holding company.
Before launching CBM, Audrey spent two decades working as a private equity executive, investment banker, and public accountant. She holds an MBA from Wharton and is a registered CPA in Illinois.
