Kate Srinivasan

As Head of Strategic Initiatives, Kate Srinivasan leads partnerships and organizational initiatives that advance Ben Franklin’s mission. Her role bridges strategy and execution by shaping key initiatives, coordinating across teams, supporting leadership, and driving priorities from planning through implementation.

Before joining the organization, she spent more than a decade working with small businesses, startups, and nonprofits in roles spanning operations, administration, business development, and sales and marketing. This diverse experience provides a practical, collaborative approach to building partnerships, strengthening programs, and supporting sustainable organizational growth.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Albright College and a Master of Business Administration from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
