Audrey Greenberg is an award-winning executive and board director with decades of experience starting and scaling companies through capital attraction, strategic relationships, differentiated value propositions, top-tier management teams, and commercial excellence. She has successfully launched multiple startups that now boast multi-billion-dollar valuations.

At Mayo Clinic, Audrey serves as Chair of Corporate Development and Mayo Venture Partner, where she drives the creation and scaling of new ventures and partnerships that translate breakthrough science into patient impact. She is also Founder of AG Capital Advisors, an advisory firm partnering with private equity, venture capital, and corporate investors on strategic asset selection, operational transformation, and commercial growth.

Audrey serves as an Independent Board Director at Adamas (NASDAQ: ADAM), ZSX Medical, Mill Creek Life Sciences and Alliance for Regenerative Medicine. She also serves on the Advisory Boards of Penn Medicine Abramson Cancer Center, Phacilitate, ISPE, PACT, and Philly Builds Bio. Her community involvement includes Women in Bio, the Forum of Executive Women, Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, CEO Access Network, Women in Advanced Therapies, and Team Pennsylvania.

Previously, Audrey was Global Head of SK pharmteco and Founder and Chief Business Officer of the Center for Breakthrough Medicines (CBM), where she led corporate strategy, business development, joint ventures, capital structure, and M&A. After raising $500 million across multiple rounds, CBM was sold to SK pharmteco. Earlier in her career, she spent two decades as a private equity executive, investment banker, and public accountant.

Audrey holds an MBA from the Wharton School and is a registered CPA in Illinois.
