Lillian Rukenstein is Program Coordinator for the Healthcare and Tech Investment Groups at Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania. She brings a dynamic blend of project management, startup engagement, and program development experience to the team, supporting investment operations and External Review Committee engagement across two high-impact sectors.
Prior to joining Ben Franklin, Rukenstein managed Drexel University’s Innovation Fund, where she led startup sourcing, strategic marketing, and investment committee coordination, surpassing recruitment targets by 170%. She also launched and ran Drexel’s inaugural NSF I-Corps program, exceeding cohort enrollment by 220%, and provided mentorship and reporting support in collaboration with Princeton University. Earlier in her career, she contributed to Temple University’s Innovation & Entrepreneurship Institute, where she executed pitch competitions, panels, and workshops, and developed onboarding programs to streamline team growth.
Rukenstein holds a B.A. in Adult Organization & Development from Temple University with a minor in General Business Studies.
