Philadelphia, PA - July 2, 2003 - Tune in to WHYY TV 12 this evening at 9:00 and 10:30, when Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania is featured in back-to-back program sponsorships. At 9:00 pm, WHYY airs the highly acclaimed PBS mini-series Benjamin Franklin, of which BFTP/SEP is the only regional underwriter. At 10:30, BFTP/SEP has another 15-second spot for its sponsorship of the Franklin Institute Awards show, a "...prestigious annual awards gala honoring people for their outstanding work in science." This year's recipients include Speech Recognition Software pioneer Bishnu Atal and world-renown anthropologist Jane Goodall.
