Following a welcome, Terry Hicks will moderate a quick session for all attendees to catch everyone up on the significant happenings in their angel group and their outlook for 2006. |

Roundtable: Issues Important to Mid-Atlantic Angel Organizations

This is a session to allow members to seek clarifications from or gain knowledge on how other angel groups are dealing with some of the topical issues such as:
- Sustainability of the Group
- Gaining Members
- Attracting Deal Flow
- Issues on valuation
In addition, John will be in a unique position to share with us the trends he sees in the region and across regions. Members are encouraged to present any questions/topics that they would like discussed via email to Sushma Rajagopalan (sushma@thresholdpartners.com), so the panel has had time to reflect on your issues.

One of the angel groups has volunteered to discuss one of their investments
This discussion will focus on valuations, terms and conditions, the challenges and how they closed the round. The presenter will provide relevant information like a background on the company (almost like a case study) and will moderate a discussion on why they did what they did.
