PCR clamps proposed can detect mutations in the presence of ≥100-fold excess of wild type (WT) DNA. This technology will allow the detection of microbial mutations in microbiology (i.e., HBV- hepatitis) or colon cancer and other genetic diseases. The technology will be used for microbiology diagnostics and/ or Drug therapy.
