LifeSensor’s technology probes the ubiquitine proteasome pathways to seek deubiquitylating enzyme inhibitors for anti-cancer therapy. The company has developed unique genetic and proteonic approaches for screening drug candidates for this promising cancer therapy strategy. Lankenau Institute has developed a high throughput drug candidates screening technology of compression libraries that is 500% more efficient than current practice. The project will put the technology to task in the identification of pre-clinical candidates and ultimately clinical anti-cancer drugs.
